• You do not have to be a member to view the certificates on our exchange, however if you wish to buy or sell certificates through our exchange website, you will need to sign up for a membership
  

• The front and back of each stock and bond certificate with the asking price is posted on our exchange and easily accessible to by potential buyers.
  

• All certificates sold will be credited to the sellers account once we have received the funds from the buyer. There is a 15% commission charged on the selling price of the certificate that is deducted from the sale proceeds.
  

• Each certificate purchased through our exchange website will be ready for delivery by Fedex, or equivalent, with full stock or bond power.
  

• Buyers also have the option of selling the certificate back into the market, at a higher price
  

• Once funds have been credited to your account, you can wire them out to another account, provided it is under the same name.
  

• We are not a Bank or Institution, but are similar to an Ebay of stock and bond certificates.
